If your unit doesn’t participate in the United Way campaign, you can start one! Every dollar you raise in your office is another dollar that can go to help those in need in our community.
Every unit participating in the Indiana University United Way campaign needs a unit leader—and ideally a team leader as well.
As part of the campaign leadership for your unit, you will help determine team goals, decide on a campaign timeline, plan activities, manage communications, and make sure pledges get turned in at the end of the campaign.
To start a campaign or become a campaign leader, contact Sherrie Shuler, Resource Development Director for United Way of Monroe County, at sherrie@monroeunitedway.org or 812-334-8370 ext. 13.
The United Way of Monroe County has numerous ways for you to get involved, whether you want to serve as a volunteer or host an event.
