We know that you have many organizations to choose from for your annual giving. To thank those of you able to make annual donations to United Way, we offer membership in our Vanguard, Young Leader, and Community giving societies.
Remember, you can combine your gift with that of another member of your household to earn Vanguard, Young Leader, and Community Giving status.
The Vanguard Leadership Society is the leadership giving program of United Way of South Central Indiana. You will be invited to join the Vanguard Leadership Society if you make an important personal investment in our community by pledging at the following levels:
We believe that young donors who show an early commitment to United Way of South Central Indiana and our community by making significant gifts deserve special recognition.
You’ll earn membership in the Young Leaders Society when you make an annual gift of at least $500 before the age of 40. Couples who are both under 40 can combine their gifts to participate.
If your gift qualifies, you’ll also be granted membership in the Vanguard Leadership Giving Program.
We value the contributions from our donors at any level. Outside of the Vanguard Leadership Society, we recognize the annual contributions of the following Community Giving Societies:
Unless you choose to remain anonymous, you’ll be listed in the annual Vanguard Leadership recognition brochure and the United Way Annual Report.
You’ll also be invited to any special events our volunteers host acknowledging the important role you play in the general United Way campaign and our community.
