If you’re interested in helping Indiana University raise money for United Way, we’d be glad to have your help. There are several ways you can get involved.
If your unit doesn’t participate in the United Way campaign, you can start one! Every dollar you raise in your office is another dollar that can go to help those in need in our community.
Every unit participating in the Indiana University United Way campaign needs a unit leader—and ideally a team leader as well.
As part of the campaign leadership for your unit, you will help determine team goals, decide on a campaign timeline, plan activities, manage communications, and make sure pledges get turned in at the end of the campaign.
To start a campaign or become a campaign leader, contact Leah Wolfe, IU Bloomington United Way Campaign Coordinator, at lcwolfe@iu.edu.
Volunteer your time and talents to help the community! The hundreds of opportunities include community tax preparation, hosting a fundraising event, sorting donated books, and packing baby materials for new moms.
